Our facility has a EDM Hole Driller. It is capable of drilling holes in hardened steel and carbide. The use of this technology allows us to add start holes for cutting in our WireEDM machines. Also we are able to have the hole drilled at a certain depth as need be.
Hole sizes can range from .0197" to .1181".

Here at Pronto Tool & Die Co., we have the state of the art technology for cutting customized shapes. We utilize 3 different Mitsubishi WireEDM machines. We are capable of doing anything from small quantities to large production runs. We can hold dimensions within +/- .0001" and cut up to a 15 degree taper. The ability to make stable setups for precise repeatability is what sets us apart from the rest.
