TOOL & DIE DEPARTMENT

Pronto Tool & Die Co has a big presence in the CNC world, BUT we have never gotten away from what started it all. Tool & die making along with metal stamping is the heart of our company. We are one of the largest stamping houses on Long Island and are very experienced. We also build all types of dies; cutting, bending, progressive, and compound dies. Above you will see images of dies that we have built and run in our facility. With the technology of WireEDM we are able to build complex dies with precision and ease. We can make punches out of carbide or tool steel. All of our dies utitilze the best material per what the job requires to do. Click On Images to Enlarge.

Our facility is equipped with a Tool Room, where we do all die repairs and sharpenings in house. We have 4 available precision grinders along with all the required die making tools that are needed.
