Our CNC Turning Machines are equipped with Live Tooling. This feature that is equipped on our CNC Turning Centers allows us to make a part with less operations. We are able to mill/drill the face of surfaces as well as on the sides of the part. This in turn saves cost for the customer! Click On Images to Enlarge.
CNC TUNRING DEPARTMENT
CNC Turning is used for facing, turning, knurling, taper cutting, threading, and many other metal and plastic works. Here at Pronto Tool & Die Co., we are always continuously improving our methods, from buying new machines that are faster to the newest tooling that is available for cutting.
